PETITION TO ENACT THE FAIR TAX ACT OF 2009  ( HR 25 / S 296 ) 

 

TO: All members of the Tennessee Legislature, regarding The FairTax Act of 2009 (HR 25 / S 296) .   I, the undersigned citizen of the state of Tennessee, petition our duly elected state representatives, to introduce and enact Tennessee legislation that would either introduce the FairTax Act of 2009 or should another state pass a referendum before Tennessee, to endorse and ratify such referendum, that would lead the nation to adopt the FairTax Act of 2009 as part of our constitution.
